Local Visionary Lets Her Heartlite Shine

Marcy Neumann, founder of Heartlites, Inc., has been applying and teaching principles of the Law of Attraction since 1974, decades before The Secret made it known to millions. This idea, that “like attracts like” and “whatever you focus on expands”, serves her well in her work as a surgical, hospice and postoperative nurse, ordained spiritual minister and life coach. Neumann uses both creativity and an open mind in all these roles, serving as a bilingual interpreter, fluent in the languages of the metaphysical and physical worlds, as she applies both nontraditional and traditional approaches to healing.
As a liaison who carries messages between the ethereal and physical realms, Neumann says, “I discovered 30 years ago that I had innate gifts, and that when I put them to use I helped others understand and solve life issues on multiple levels.”
A visionary who has created the life she dreamed of for herself, Neumann has helped hundreds of individuals do the same, through her “resistance identification” program, based on the Law of Attraction. “Clients who identify their resistance to their own well-being and follow my customized program—which enhances their ability to create lives more in tune with the calling of their spirit—can close the gap between themselves and whatever they desire,” Neumann explains.
After three decades in private practice, Neumann concluded that she’d been observing an overarching pattern. Most of her clients were dealing with the same three issues: love, relationships and prosperity.
In response, she created a line of products designed to both empower individuals and serve as their personal development program, whatever their issue. Her perspective that an individual manifesting something outwardly is creating associated energetic shifts within, led her to link the facilitation of inner transformational work with outer activities, affirmations, art and symbols, all based on the Law of Attraction. Her goal is to help people become proactive in achieving their best life, greatest potential and spiritual growth.
“I envision that those I help will be proactive,” says Neumann, “and that they will connect with other like-minded individuals and create a more sustainable world.”
She says she was led by Spirit to create several fun and user-friendly products, based on what she’s learned about the Law of Attraction:
Create UR Mate™ is a takeout menu featuring 250 delectable items, or desired characteristics, for your mate, along with clever combo platters. After selecting items from the categories of mind, body and spirit, and then adding personal touches from the sushi category, players stir things up with chopsticks provided. The final step is to focus intently and send one’s desired order directly to the “universal restaurant” in the sky.
SCORE! contains a roadmap for romance. A booklet guides an individual in setting their intent as they would set a table. Personal development affirmations are part of the alignment process for manifesting a romantic evening. Visualizing jumpstarts the flow of energy to set the mood. Props include easy-to-prepare recipes, placemats, candles, a mirror, music CD and the essential oil, ylang ylang.
Create UR Dreams may be used to manifest desires. A 15-by-20-inch mirror, framed with the steps of manifestation, is etched with the words: ask, believe, imagine, align and receive. The idea is that the mirror reflects out to the universe what is placed upon it for manifestation.
CELLpH LOVE REIKI™ is a three-hour, guided self-renewal program that incorporates scientific principles with energy balancing through Reiki. Created for terminally ill patients and their caregivers, it empowers individuals with the ability to give and receive the soothing, healing effects of Reiki therapy, educates them about the disease process, and suggests behavioral changes that may reduce the effects of illness. The program’s goal is to promote health and general well-being.
Neumann relishes sharing her gifts with everyone, especially her local community. When she teamed up with the Long Island Reiki Connection and took groups of Reiki practitioners into local hospitals, it captured the interest of the nursing directors there. They saw that the energy work generated an improved working atmosphere and better morale. They consequently became interested in having their staff trained in Reiki.
“Our overall health depends on our happiness,” concludes Neumann, “and Reiki is just one of the tools in my healing bag that help individuals to focus on healing, rather than on illness.”
